Recent reviews highlight cleanliness and helpful staff, particularly the General Manager, Stephanie, who proactively addressed guest issues. However, a significant number of recent reviews express concerns about noise disturbances and a lack of responsiveness from hotel staff, particularly regarding maintenance requests. The property appears to be relatively new and offers a good value.
This was an extremely disappointing hotel experience. Upon arriving, the first issue was cleanliness. Both beds had hair on the sheets, requiring me to request a complete bedding change immediately after checking in. As a frequent business traveler, I also expect basic amenities such as an iron or steamer to be available. Despite multiple requests, it took more than four hours to receive an iron. The most frustrating part of the stay occurred on my first night. After traveling all day and preparing for a 4:30 a.m. wake-up, I was awakened at 11:45 p.m. by an extremely loud shop vacuum being used nearby. I repeatedly called the front desk with no answer. Eventually, I had to get dressed, leave my room, and locate the employee myself. When I explained that the vacuum had woken me up and that I needed rest for work the next morning, there was no apology or empathy. Instead, I was met with an attitude and told they were trying to prevent water from reaching other rooms. While I understand emergencies happen, disturbing guests late at night without communication and then responding without any concern is unacceptable. I travel 2–3 weeks every month and have done so for the past seven years. I typically enjoy Marriott properties and have stayed in countless hotels across the country. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I've had. I shared the details of this stay with four coworkers who travel regularly as well, and every one of them came to the same conclusion: never again.

Lovely rooms and staff. Might be coming back soon. Only had to part ways due to an error on my part but they took care of us well.
I had an issue during my stay, but I want to recognize Stephanie, the General Manager, for going above and beyond to resolve it. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right, which made a big difference in my overall experience. For future guests, it’s worth noting that the property does not offer cribs or pack-and-plays, so plan accordingly if traveling with small children. Thank you again to Stephanie for her excellent customer service and for turning a frustrating situation into a much more positive one.
Highly recommend this StudioRes for extended vacations! Super clean, quiet, and the staff is wonderful. It’s the perfect balance of affordability and comfort. This hotel has all the necessities without the unnecessary fluff.

Really enjoyed my stay here room was exceptionally clean. The night person Jessica was super nice and friendly brought us our items we requested to our room we will be staying again soon!
