The Apiary Hotel - Residence Inn Belleview Station Denver offers a modern and upscale experience with spacious rooms and convenient amenities. Recent reviews highlight cleanliness, a well-equipped gym, and a prime location, although some guests have experienced issues with maintenance and parking costs.
I had a conference across the street in the Sheraton and I preferred to stay in this hotel. It is a short walk, much smaller and quieter. The rooms are large and suitable for longer stays as you can prepare your own food. In the area, within a short walk, there are nice parks and restaurants. The static electricity is the worse I have seen though. I did use my steel bottle to discharge before touching any buttons and doors. Peleton bike in the gym. Overall, very nice stay.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and while the room looked just like the photos online, we left feeling a bit underwhelmed overall. One of my biggest disappointments was that this is a brand-new hotel that only opened in February, yet our room had several maintenance issues. The outlet under the TV didn't work, the TV itself froze every few minutes while watching cable, and Amazon Prime on the smart TV wouldn't work. The bathroom fan was also nonfunctional, and most frustratingly, the only outlet in the bathroom didn't work. As someone who wanted to get dressed up for our anniversary, not being able to use the bathroom to blow dry or style my hair was incredibly inconvenient. The staff was fine, but no one really stood out except for the valet attendant, who was by far the friendliest employee we interacted with. Another surprise was the parking situation. Valet was $55 per night, and there didn't appear to be any other on-site parking option besides finding street parking or parking elsewhere and walking. If this is disclosed on the website, it's not very obvious. We ended up using valet every day because it was the most convenient option, but it added a significant unexpected expense to an already costly vacation. As for the view, we were on the third floor and weren't expecting anything spectacular, but our room looked directly at a parking garage that was extremely close to the building. If you're hoping for a scenic or memorable view during your stay, this probably isn't the hotel to choose. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something potential guests may want to be aware of when booking. On the positive side, the location was excellent and easily the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated having the café and convenience store available on-site. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but for a brand-new property and the price we paid, I expected fewer room issues and more transparency about parking costs.
We enjoyed our stay here! They were very quick with any response for housekeeping/needs. Clean rooms, and the kitchenette was so nice to have. I saw they do have self laundry and a gym there too. There is a water filling station by the gym. The breakfast was basic. Would definitely stay here again!
The air is harsh, there's surprisingly a dreadful presence of dust mites, for the price the area is extremely loud and the chosen attendants are unusual for the setting. Love the place but hate the atmosphere. Bring a respirator and pack your stuff in zip locks to avoid home exposure
I love this hotel. This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and cozy with a modern look to them. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I love june gap and all the choices it has. I recommend the purpe haze smoothie its super yummy!!. The lobby is gorgeous. I want to personally thank the housekeeping Manager Dawn. Thank you for taking the time with the list of recommendations around here. And Thank you once again for making our stay such a wonderful experience that we will never forget. You're such a wonderful person. Thank you Dawn.
An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location! Easy access to I-25 with amazing views. I love the amenities in the Lobby including the June Market, the high-ceiling bar with great decor and the gym.
Absolutely horrible Customer Service. I HATE leaving reviews, this maybe my 3rd? 4th? i've ever left in my life. I called for 2+ weeks to try and move my dates (2 days earlier, still 7 nights). The girl who picked up most of the time sounded miserable and just forwarded me to a managers voicemail. Mind you, that manager never once called me back. Finally was helped today after calling and they wanted to charge me extra for simply moving my days. Absolutely wild. Canceling my stay immediately. As a Bonvoy Member this is unacceptable.
Upscale, expensive, new
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Apiary Hotel at Belleview Station. The property is incredibly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—everything feels fresh, upscale, and well-maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Daniel at the front desk. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure our check-in was seamless and our stay was memorable. The level of service he provided was honestly next-level—at one point, he even had amenities delivered to us before we made it down to request them ourselves. That kind of proactive, attentive service is rare. Daniel is a standout—professional, personable, and genuinely committed to great hospitality. I’d hire him in a heartbeat if I could! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, modern stay with truly exceptional service.
